Stier Supply Company, an industry leader in the manufacturing and installation of interior and exterior doors for over 70 years, is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Admin to provide administrative and organizational support at our Gaston/Sandy Run, South Carolina location. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects while working independently with little to no supervision.

Duties of the 2nd Shift Logistics Admin include but are not limited to the following:

  • Use of transportation web applications, ERP, ELP, and Excel
  • Enter orders accurately into the system (Bistrack)
  • Clearly communicate information to the office and logistics department
  • Create and maintain daily reports
  • Review and input Purchase Orders into the company's accounting software for billing purposes
  • Ensure timely receipt of orders and follow up when necessary.
  • Generate and print product labels.
  • Print and process work orders for production and delivery.
  • Create prep cut lists to optimize production workflows.
  • Fast Track Orders: Expedite orders as needed.
  • Monitor and make necessary adjustments to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Assigning trucks to loaders and Createing Delivery Tickets
  • Uses appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, document, report data, and maintain schedules
  • Review field takeoffs to ensure: material, quantity, color selections & trim locations match customer specs and selected options
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager

Qualities of the ideal candidate include:

  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox; Knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities
  • Prior Knowledge processing orders
  • Inventory management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential material is required

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of office environment experience
  • Bilingual a plus
