About the role




Ripple Fiber is seeking OutsideΒ Sales RepresentativesΒ to join our growing team. Work within a fast-paced, casual and FUN environment with fantastic earning potential at Ripple Fiber!




The Ripple Fiber sales team does more than close deals. We create, build and grow relationships with residential clients. We’re expanding within North and South Carolina to become the best Fiber internet provider because we’re not just sellingβ€”we’re creating the best customer experience with the best service available!

Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





  • Generating orders

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing

  • Understanding and promoting company services

  • Preparing and submitting sales orders

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services

  • Maintaining client records within CRM

  • Answering client questions about products, prices, and timelines




Sales Representative Requirements:





  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects

  • Cold-calling and/or dispatching skills and the ability to transition orders to sales

  • Analyze sales trends to increase sales

  • Develop leadership skills with a relentless pursuit of growth and development

  • Utilizing CRM to optimize sales calls

  • Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets




Total Compensation Package of up to $95K +
