Owner Operator CDL Class A (Flatbed/Van)

OWNER OPERATOR PACKAGE 
- DISPATCH - 40+ years of cumulative experience
- NO FORCED DISPATCH - You choose where/when you want us to take you 
- RATE - We charge 12% commission per load
- REFERRALS - (1% or 2% Referral Reduce + 1.000$ Bonus for each referral you bring to the company) 
- IFTA - 4 times a year (each quarted) you will be charged depending on the miles traveled per state and the fuel used
- ELD - We charge $19.99 per week ( 3MD or SAMSARA ) 
- PLATES/TAG and 2290 
- INSURANCE 
- Cargo & Liability:
  a. $200 Per Week (Flatbed / Dry Van); 
  b. $225 Per Week (Reefer) 
- Physical Damage - Depends on Year and Value of the Truck 
- Occupation/Accidental - $49.99 Per Week 
- TRAILER RENTAL - Flatbed $250.00 Weekly;  Dry Van $250.00 Weekly; Reefer $450.00 Weekly 
- EFS - fuel cards, you can fuel on every Truck Stop in the US. 

ATTENTION  
- PAYROLL - Every Friday Direct Deposit, no fees
- Owner Ops are welcomed with any make or model truck 
- Company trucks are Freightliner and Volvo 
- We issue 1099 Tax Document 

- Experienced CDL Class A License - Minimum 2 Yrs Exp
- CLEAN BACKGROUND 
  a. NO DUI/DWI
  b. NO more than 2 minor violations in the last 18 months 
  c. NO more than 1 serious violation in the last 24 months 
  d. NO DOT recordable accident in the last 12 months
- Minimum Age of 25 
- Endorsements Welcomed 
- Flatbed, Dry Van, and Reefer
