As an Associate Banker- Market Expansion in Branch Banking, you will contribute significantly to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions as well as introducing them to our licensed bankers.Β 

Job responsibilities
  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetingsΒ 
  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures and performing account origination for consumer clients
  • Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help them meet their consumer banking and investment goalsΒ 
  • Champions new Associate Banker skills such as tablet utilization, account opening, and other key initiatives, helping Associate Bankers as they learnΒ 
  • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
  • Shares best practices across the supported branches to deliver a strong controls environment and exceptional customer experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6+ months of customer service experienceΒ 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalentΒ

  • Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
  • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skillsΒ 
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
  • Cash handling experience
