Part-Time Leasing Consultant
Crowne Partners professionally manages and develops apartment communities throughout the US and has constructed, developed, and/or renovated numerous Class-A luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant position.

Essential Functions
� Conducting tours of the community
� Marketing to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email
� Developing and maintaining first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents
� Closing the sale and securing leases
� Typing leases and completing appropriate paperwork
� Assisting management in daily office operations; processing and maintaining property files
� Planning, organizing, and conducting resident functions as needed
� Preparing marketing materials and distributing them
� Effectively contributing in a team environment
� Obtaining Fair Housing Certification
