Key Responsibilities:


Duties may include but are not limited to:




  • Greet each Guest at his/her tables within 90 seconds.

  • Knows the hours/days of operation.

  • Knows up-sells and suggests menu items.

  • Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.

  • Take food and beverage orders from guest and enter order in POS.

  • Knowledge of wine/beer pairing.

  • Communicates verbally to the kitchen of any dietary needs or special preparations for the Guest.

  • Ensures the cleanliness of the resets, dining room tables and booths.

  • Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for out Guests and Team members.

  • Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the dining room.

  • Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.

  • Responsible for the complete service of the table.

  • Monitor and observe guest dining experience.

  • Present and finalize payment in POS.

  • Genuinely thank the Guest.

  • Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.

  • Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.



Shared Responsibilities:




  • Assists other team members in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.

  • Assists other Servers.

  • Assists Hostess in welcoming and seating the Guest.

  • Cheerfully accommodate the needs and requests of any Guest.



Performance Requirements & Specialized Knowledge:




  • Punctuality and regular attendance.

  • Requires the ability to stand for sustained period of time.

  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.

  • Ability to learn and adhere to the resort rules.

  • Ability to use the Point of Sale system in an accurate and speedy manner.

  • Ability to learn and adhere to the resort rules.

  • Checks out with supervisor before leaving assigned work areas for any reason.
