Project Coordinator/Instructor

Under general supervision of the Senior Area Director, provide support in coordinating readySC's training projects. Coordinates and manages the 3-D Process for all assigned training projects. Discovers the assigned client company’s recruitment and training needs, designs customized training curriculum and methods to meet the desired training outcomes and coordinates the delivery of training to effectively meet the client company’s start up or expansion requirements. These functions include but are not limited to the following: Coordinates, develops, or facilitates workplace training based on client company needs to develop/deliver customized pre and post-hire training curriculum; develop/coach existing local readySC™ trainers for classroom readiness; coordinate training space, labs, instructors and training material preparation; and assist the Senior Area Director in the identification and selection of additional training staff as required by client company training needs. Support the project management process by assisting with the scopes of work and budgets. Supports other project related functions such as scheduling, resource allocation, client communication with each assigned project.

A high school diploma and relevant experience. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with client company representatives, subject matter experts, and readySC™ personnel while coordinating or executing project and training activities. Adhere to the division guidelines and procedures. Perform stakeholder management functions when needed (e.g. interaction with economic development or local college personnel). Work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in the following or similar software as needed-TWeb, Maximizer, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe. Experience delivering training courses such as OSHA 10, Powered Industrial Truck Safety, CPR/First Aid/AED, Manufacturing Concepts, Use of Hand Tools, etc.
