Job Responsibilities

Serves as a College Recruiter, working with schools and other locations to recruit and enroll students by conducting career fairs, establishing displays, and making presentations to targeted potential students. Β Networks with guidance counselors and other representatives to strengthen and encourage educational partnerships. Participates in events sponsored by educational consortia that build college and career awareness for area high school students. Represents the College at various community events that include the general public as well as targeted sectors from within business and industry. Speaks at meetings and other forums to provide information concerning the College's offerings and disseminates promotional college material. Utilizes CRM to develop and deliver comprehensive, ongoing communications to prospects and students. Β Creates and manages events using the event management tool. Β Enters recruitment data, tracks contacts and event attendance, reviews activity reports, and provides data to appropriate personnel when needed. Β Uses data to identify necessary changes to recruitment activities. Provides admissions counseling services as an admissions coordinator during peak hours or as assigned. Β Advises and counsels students in career and academic areas. Β Stays abreast of program changes to ensure accurate advisement of students on program and course selection.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
