  • Creates and revises preliminary schedules for Operations which details the sequence of all work to be performed prior to project start date;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

In this role, you will:

  • Provides project planning and scheduling control activities for end to end development of the construction schedule;
  • Maintains and revises summary and detailed schedules for ongoing project reporting and other program management needs;
  • Assists Project Managers and Site Superintendents in creating short-term schedules, monitors such schedules to determine impact onΒ  schedule, and assists in corrective action;
  • Ensures schedules correlate within the project cost data;Β 
  • Prepares weekly progress reports in a narrative and schedules summary formats;Β 
  • Estimates time element of change orders and incorporates changes into the schedules;
  • Creates and communicates 2-week/one month look-a head’s schedules for the project;
  • Performs on-site training for Construction Superintendents and hosts webinars on scheduling system

We would like you to have:

Education:Β  Associates Degree is preferred. (i.e. Architecture, Construction, and/or Project Management).

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years ofΒ experience in construction scheduling, project planning, field management or integrated scheduling in programs is required.

Skills, Knowledge and abilities:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel) and Outlook
  • Experience with MS Project or other scheduling software/programs
  • Detail Oriented and AccurateΒ 
  • Skilled in analytical problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability in inputting data schedules
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
