SPATCO is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you play in intricate role in the success of a branch.聽 You will organize, plan, direct and control the service department in such a way to meet company and customer objectives.聽聽聽

Essential Functions:
聽Hiring the necessary personnel and perform formal review and evaluations.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure that employees follow safety policies and procedures, and that necessary safety equipment is available.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manages the branch location as an income center to achieve income and expense targets.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participates in the development of goals.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Overview the delivery of quality customer service at the branch through personal contract with customers and prospects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participates in the development of branch performance and compliance with corporation policies and procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee the direction of the branch staff to assure effective utilization of personnel, timely and objective performance evaluations, equitable salary structure and identifiable career paths for qualified interested candidates.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitors the knowledge and skill levels of branch personnel to identify development and training needs.聽 Participates with corporate training personnel in the development of training programs as needed.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Meets regularly with staff to communicate objectives and goals, branch operating status and employee input to improve branch performance so that high quality information flows in both directions.聽聽

Experience, Competencies and Education:
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings to accommodate training, monitoring and supervisor coverage as needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong leadership skills to direct staff of up to 25 persons.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Well-developed planning skills.
