You must be 18 years old with at least 25 years of experience. You, therefore must have been reincarnated from a long line of people pleasers who know all the tips and tricks of keeping the customer happy. You are a seasoned hospitality team member with the ability to drive a well-organized and energetic shift. You love spending your waking hours listening to customer complaints and strategizing creative ways to solve problems. You are a champion of the customer, as well as your team, and the company, and you maintain the best culture club in the industry.

What you'll do on the daily:

- Support the store leader(s) in creating and maintaining a fun and upbeat environment throughout your shift, while contributing to and supporting general store operations
- Master both FOH and BOH functions and lead team members in execution of all shop functionalities
- Uphold and enforce Co-op policies and procedures
- Lead and help develop talent in junior team members
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and organization as needed
- Oversee and execute proper training for new team members
- Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top notch customer service to every guest
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Will stand and/or move for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
