SUMMARY:Β
The Student Success Coach will lead, support, and develop plans for students identified asΒ needing specialized support for success. They will collaborate with building student supportΒ teams, Teaching & Learning, and Building Equity Leadership Teams to develop support plansΒ for those who are experiencing academic, behavioral, social, and/or emotional challenges withinΒ the school environment. Plans of support will include goal setting, progress monitoring, and dataΒ analysis of progress and performance. Along with support for students, this position will alsoΒ assist staff with implementing strategies to help all students be successful within the classroom.
The terms of employment detailed in this job description are based on full time employment during an entire school year.Β Conditions of employment are adjusted for part time employees or individuals who are hired for less than an entire school year.
