Position Title: Student Success Coach

SUMMARY:
The Student Success Coach will lead, support, and develop plans for students identified as needing specialized support for success. They will collaborate with building student support teams, Teaching & Learning, and Building Equity Leadership Teams to develop support plans for those who are experiencing academic, behavioral, social, and/or emotional challenges within the school environment. Plans of support will include goal setting, progress monitoring, and data analysis of progress and performance. Along with support for students, this position will also assist staff with implementing strategies to help all students be successful within the classroom.
The terms of employment detailed in this job description are based on full time employment during an entire school year. Conditions of employment are adjusted for part time employees or individuals who are hired for less than an entire school year.

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually according to Board Policy.
