TakoSushi is seeking experienced Sushi Chefs to join our location in Greenville, SC!Β 


Position Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
  • Inspecting the quality of product used to prepare sushi dishesΒ 
  • Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelinesΒ 
  • Maintaining a clean work environmentΒ 
  • Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use
  • Greeting and having guest interaction
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Prior sushi experience is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  • Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open availabilityΒ 
  • Knowledge of Food and Health codes is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
