Summary
This role completes general warehouse duties.
Essential FunctionsΒ
While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.
Accurately load and unload trucks for shows in a timely and safe manner.
Maintain and clean trucks.
Wear required PPE during all working hours.
Manage warehouse inventory and equipment for shows and operations via inventory tracking system.
Check-in and out shows and communicate equipment and allocation needs to Asset lead.
Report missing or damaged equipment/racks to Asset Lead.
Inspect, maintain, and repair all equipment regularly.
Ensure that the product is unloaded, loaded, stored and disposed per Company policy and ATF standards and regulations.
Safely use equipment such as forklift, tractors, front end loaders, skid steerers and power tools.
Pull and Prep shows.
Transport equipment, hazardous materials and other items as needed to show sites and other company facilities via trucks, trailers and box trucks.
Complete and submit all required paperwork according to company policies
Maintain the warehouse and grounds in a safe, neat and organized manner.
Experience and Skills/Abilities
Ability to follow safety protocols without exception.
Knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including facility and grounds maintenance.
Basic skills in the safe operation of standard hand and power tools.
Forklift experience preferred, certification/training provided.
Ability to work with minimal supervision after training.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions of supervisors.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under frequently tight deadlines with accuracy.
Critical thinking
Education:
Ability to pass a background check through the ATF.
Valid Driverβs license
Obtain CDL, Class B with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements within 120 days of start of employment. Training provided for currently unlicensed CDL drivers.
High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
In this role you may be exposed to extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold weather.
The person in this role must be able to both move about the warehouse frequently, walk, bend, stoop, stand and climb, and at times, remain stationary depending on the task or the shift of the day. This person must move about occasionally inside the office to access office machinery and to have routine contact with other facility individuals.Β The person in this role must have the ability to push/pull up to 100lbs occasionally, lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently.Β
Travel
This position requires travel, up to 10% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight.
Expected Hours of Work
The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
