Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a fast-growing restoration and cleaning company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and everyday messes. We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and motivated team member who can manage the office while also helping us grow through sales and customer relationships.
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule jobs and coordinate technicians
- Manage CRM/job management software
- Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
- Handle customer communication and updates
- Keep files, paperwork, and job records organized
- Follow up on leads and unsold estimates
- Build relationships with referral partners
- Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach
- Help track sales performance and opportunities
- Occasionally attend networking events or drop-ins
- Friendly and confident on the phone
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable talking to customers AND asking for the sale
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM — we will train)
- Problem solver with a positive attitude
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Salary base pay (based on experience)
