AIKI Springer (3rd Shift) - Ridgeway

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an 3rd Shift AIKI Springer at our Ridgeway, SC location.    Schedule: 9pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday(Mandatory overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work required)      Compensation:$18.25 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential)      THE ROLE  The Springer is responsible for supplying, staging, and storing materials throughout the plant. This position is also responsible for cross-training and providing break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department.     WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB  An efficient worker, you enjoy having multiple priorities at one time and multitasking without breaking a sweat.   A great teammate, you are able to contribute and thrive within a fast-paced environment.  A self-starter, you are not comfortable with the status quo and are self-motivated to seek continuous improvement     TOP RESPONSIBILITIES  Supply, Stage, and Store materials throughout the plant   Perform basic clean-up at the end of shift including emptying trim scrap, dumpsters, and assisting other areas with their TPM efforts as directed.  Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.  Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department     QUALIFICATIONS  Previous forklift experience   Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.   Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?  Competitive Pay   Personal growth and advancement opportunities  A culture where innovation, enthusiasm, and cooperation are encouraged.    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.  Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.  Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.     PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS  In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
