β’ Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengersΒ
β’ Greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
β’ Communicate effectively with passengers regarding Parking and Shuttle services available
β’ Assist the with transporting passengers to onboard and offboardΒ
β’ Work will primarily take place outside, including exposure to seasonal elements
β’ Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak timesΒ
β’ Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
β’ Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
β’ Follow safety precautions at all times
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

β’Β Must be 18 years of age or older
β’Β No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
β’Β No experience required and on the job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

β’Β One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
