The Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles at Mazda of Columbia in Columbia, South Carolina. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform inspection and testing of vehicles' systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must have OEM certifications
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle models.
- Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
