Business Analyst - Project Lead - State Government Project
Position - Contract - Hybrid - Columbia, South Carolina - Need local Candidates only - No relocation is allowed. 
 Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience working with Child Support systems
  • 5+ years of experience working with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation
  • 5+ years of experience with workflow design and system enhancement
  • 5+ years of experience conducting Stakeholder Interviews
  • 5+ years with SQL Querying
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology
  • Preference for a degree in Finance or IT
