Position Overview
Iacofano’s Catering & Events is hiring Catering Production Cooks (all levels) for our Columbia (29169) location.
This is a large-scale, high-volume catering kitchen focused on consistency, efficiency, and teamwork.
You will prepare a variety of food items including proteins, vegetables, sauces, and prepared meals using standardized recipes and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipes and production schedulesÂ
- Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentationÂ
- Work across multiple stations (prep, grill, sauté, packaging, etc.)Â
- Follow food safety and sanitation standardsÂ
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficientÂ
- Communicate with team members to maintain production flowÂ
- Support overall kitchen operations as neededÂ
