Clinical Pharmacist Part Time Rotating Position Summary:
The clinical pharmacist will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for the area(s) for which they are assigned. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families.

This individualβs responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
THE CLINICAL PHARMACIST PART TIME ROTATING WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
Education:Β Pharm. D. or BS in pharmacyΒ
Minimum Experience:Β 3 years or residency training or equivalent experience
Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:Β
Required: Pharmacy License; BLS within 30 days of hire;
