The Costpoint Implementation Support Analyst - Information Technology shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.Β Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.Β The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Analyst must demonstrate proficiency in application development, data migration and interface development capabilities by producing requirements and design documents and working, tested modules that meet the requirements.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have a cubical exposed to normal noise level in the work environment. Bachelor Science degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ten or more years of computer application development experience, including requirements gathering, design development, code development, documentation and training. A 40 hour work week schedule as anticipated for this position. ITS is presently using the 9/80s AA schedule (9 hours/day, five days a week, Monday β Thursday and 8 hours on Friday, followed by a 9 hour/day, 4 day work week, Monday β Thursday, off Friday).
Work week excludes WSRC holidays.Β Each work day has a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime may be required because of the compressed project schedule. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
