Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage drywall installation projects, from initial planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standard
- Directly supervising drywall installers, ensuring they adhere to project plans and safety protocols
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, managing timelines, and addressing potential delays
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Lead subcontractors and labor crews, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Address and resolve any potential conflicts that may arise on the project
- 5+ years of superintendent experience overseeing commercial drywall and IMP/ACM installation
