As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role were persistence and resilience lead to success.ย 

Earn More: Base-pay PLUS uncapped commission potentially $17/hr. - $55/hr.ย

Minimum Qualificationsย 

  • Highschool diploma or GEDย 

  • 2 years of sales experience preferred but not requiredย 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilitiesย ย 

  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-orientedย 

  • Ability to work independentlyย ย 

  • ๏ฟผAbility to build good relationships in a team-oriented environmentย 

  • Basic Math aptitude (subtraction and addition)ย

Supervisory Responsibilitiesย

Essential Functionsย 

  • Actively canvassing neighborhoods and communities to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services.ย 

  • Initiating conversations with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services, and building rapport with potential customers.ย 

  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Renewal by Andersen's window and door products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.ย 

  • Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners.ย 

  • Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain ongoing communication with homeowners who may not be ready to commit immediately.ย 

  • Developing familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts.ย 

  • Other job duties as assignedย

  • Residential Areas: Door knockers primarily work in residential neighborhoods, going door-to-door to engage with homeowners.ย ย 

  • Outdoor Settings: Much of the work is conducted outdoors, involving walking through neighborhoods, and approaching residences.ย 

  • Homeowner Interactions: The main work environment involves direct interactions with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services.ย 

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Door knockers often collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with generated leads and facilitating the transition from lead generation to the sales process.ย 

  • Technology Use: Utilizing electronic devices, such as tablets or smartphones, for lead tracking, accessing customer information, and inputting data.ย 

  • Dynamic and Fast-Paced: The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and the ability to engage with homeowners on a spontaneous basis.ย
