Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day construction operations for both aerial and underground infrastructure. In this position, you are responsible for leading construction teams and overseeing progress.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee team safety and quality construction on each project


• Ensure productivity through pre-construction evaluations, proactive roadblock prevention, and efficient daily construction processes


• Manage administrative tasks including progress reports, project deliverables, field reporting and daily documentation


• Conduct weekly meeting with your team to report company news, policies and changes


• Partner with quality and safety teams to ensure everyone is aligned with company regulations and requirements
