Position: Front Store Manager
Location: Carolina Park – Sweetgrass Pharmacy and Compounding
Reports To: Human Resources Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career? Sweetgrass Pharmacy and Compounding is looking for a Front Store Manager to lead our team at our Carolina Park location.

As our Front Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the retail area, leading with conviction and ensuring our patients are always our number one priority. You’ll guide our customer support representatives and pharmacy technicians to create an exceptional patient experience.

Here’s What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and support our customer support representatives and pharmacy technicians
✅ Oversee the retail inventory – making sure everything is stocked, priced correctly, and presented to sell
✅ Develop and execute strategies to ensure our retail items meet patient needs and sales goals
✅ Foster a patient-first environment that lives up to our core values of compassion, accuracy, and trust
✅ Be the friendly face that patients and staff look to for leadership and guidance

What We’re Looking For:

• Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred, but not required

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a pharmacy setting

• A proactive leader who’s ready to lead with conviction

• Someone with a strong commitment to providing the best possible care for our patients
