Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our team in a unique hybrid role supporting our inpatient facility in Lancaster, SC and our outpatient clinic in Camden, SC. This position offers the opportunity to practice across the continuum of care while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.Β
Location: Lancaster/Camden, South Carolina
Type: Full-Time, Inpatient/Outpatient (M-F), with one weekend of rounding call per month

Key Responsibilities
β’ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
β’ Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical needs.
β’ Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across the treatment continuum.
β’ Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and care coordination for inpatient populations.
β’ Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

β’ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.
