Role Summary: Serve as the position-specific coach for all goalkeepers. Design and execute goalkeeper-specific training sessions and player development philosophy. Coach goalkeepers in the team setting. Responsible for the management and coaching of goalkeepers during games. Perform video analysis to improve individual and team performance. Create Individual Development Plans for goalkeepers and offer support and feedback throughout the season. Provide mid-year and end-of-year comprehensive player evaluation review to each goalkeeper. Responsible for clear communication with the coaching staff and players. Collaborate with and assist other staff members. Spiritually mentor and disciple the goalkeepers.
