Position Overview:
Lancaster County Name is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Grants Coordinator to oversee and manage the Countyβs internal grants administration process. This position plays a critical role in supporting departments throughout the grant lifecycle - ensuring compliance, consistency, and coordination from application through closeout and serves as a liaison between the County and external funding agencies.
As a centralized resource, the Grants Coordinator will help ensure that grant-funded initiatives are implemented effectively, deadlines and reporting requirements are met, and interdepartmental grant activity is aligned with County policies and grantor expectations.
