The Cypress of Hilton Head is currently seeking a Full-Time (FT), hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. 

At The Cypress Club of Hilton Head, we offer stable hours, minimal seasonal disruptions, and the comfort of routines with steady residents and homes. As a continuous care retirement community serving over 500 residents in both Independent Living and Skilled Nursing Care, we are seeking individuals with a passion for cleaning and working with seniors, who value stability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard of cleanliness within designated time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
• Handle guests' complaints/requests and inform others when necessary
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

• Proven working experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Customer service orientation with a helpful attitude
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift; 7:30 am to 4 pm
• Holidays
• With the requirement to work every other weekend (with a $2.00 shift differential for weekends).
