HR Relationship Partner – Columbia, SC (Hybrid)


The HR Relationship Partner serves as a strategic HR business partner to AgFirst District Associations (ACAs) and as the primary liaison to the Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT), aligning ACA needs with HR service delivery across COEs, Operations, Talent Management, and Total Rewards. Operate as a trusted advisor to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships as the primary HR partner for ACAs; serve as a single point of contact for escalations.
  • Coordinate with HR COEs to deliver solutions aligned with ACA needs, regulations, and enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee HR service delivery (talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, HR ops); ensure timely, accurate, high-quality support.
  • Monitor trends/risks across ACAs and proactively address emerging issues with appropriate partners.]
  • Lead and participate on district/enterprise project teams; represent ACA needs and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Track service metrics and ACA feedback; identify gaps and lead improvement plans.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and reports on HR service performance and workforce trends to leadership.
  • Facilitate communication of HR initiatives, updates, and best practices across stakeholders.
  • Uphold security and risk management responsibilities, including incident reporting and daily control execution.
  • Engage in continuous learning to maintain knowledge of industry, management practices, and bank policies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–9 years progressive HR experience in multi-entity or matrixed environments; financial/cooperative sector a plus.
  • 4–6 years in HRBP, HR Administrator, or client-facing HR advisory role.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, org design, and talent strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder consultation; influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills; high professionalism and judgment.
