Description

Job Summary

The Human Resources Site Manager implements and supports Corporate Human Resource policies and programs at the Site level. The major areas covered are organizational planning and development, recruiting and selection, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, and employee services.

Responsibilities

β€’Works with site management team to implement and support Corporate Human Resource policies and programs at the Site level

β€’ Participate as an active member of the site management team

β€’ Assist with the development of the site leadership and all team members

β€’ Manage and develop the site HR team

β€’ Recruit all site employees - exempt, non-exempt, students, and temporary

β€’ Coordinate onboarding; orientation and training of new site employees

β€’ Employee relations, counseling, and coaching

β€’ Maintain Job Descriptions; conduct local salary surveys annually; and monitor the performance evaluation program at the site

β€’ Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employment policies and employee handbook

β€’ Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals

β€’ Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

β€’ Exit interviewing

β€’ Establishes and maintains department records and reports

β€’ Maintains accurate HRIS employee data for all site team members

β€’ Other duties as required and assigned



Qualifications

β€’Bachelor's Degree in related field or Equivalent

β€’Three (3) to four (4) years of front line Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing

β€’SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification a plus

β€’Strong verbal and written communication skills

β€’Strong leadership and organizational skills

β€’Demonstrated experience with recruiting, organizational development, employee relations and coaching

β€’Familiarity with applicable Federal, state and local employment regulations
