Summary of the Position:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Nutramax. Your primary responsibilities will include top-of-funnel lead qualification and management, customer management, outside sales support, and maintaining a strong customer service orientation. You will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with both customers and outside sales personnel at all levels to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experiences.
路 Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
路 Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend suitable products or services.
路 Distribute sales and marketing materials in coordination with marketing and outside sales.
路 Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
路 Maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM system to meet funnel KPIs.
路 Support outside sales by managing customer inquiries, enhancing client relationships, and driving clinic interest to generate high potential leads for the sales team.聽
路 Work closely with marketing teams to align messaging and promotional efforts with customer needs.
路 Execute marketing campaigns, special offers, and promotions to generate interest and sales.
路 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, contact and clinic information.聽
路 Develop and execute strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.聽
路 Utilize various lead generation sources to identify and qualify potential customers.
路 Use outbound channels to initiate contact with leads and assess their needs and buying potential.
路 Nurture leads through follow-up communication and convert them into sales opportunities.
路 Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the CRM system.
路 Comply with privacy policy and ensure ethical and legal sales practices.
路 Ensure all customer interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism and customer-centricity.
路 Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
路 Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships
路 Must be able to effectively communicate with other departments and function within a team environment.

路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.聽
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree with minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience; OR Six years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.聽
路 Experience in Veterinary or Human Health Sciences preferred.聽
