In this role, you鈥檒l support the sales process by preparing quotes, managing CRM data, coordinating with vendors, and helping streamline communications between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced IT services environment and has experience working with MSP sales operations or similar technology-based offerings. 聽 Key Responsibilities: 聽 Sales Process Support 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and order forms for hardware, software, and managed services. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in RFP/RFI responses, renewals, and client onboarding documentation. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support contract tracking and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date. 聽 CRM & Administrative Tasks 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise Sell), including contacts, opportunities, and activities. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track sales activity metrics and generate pipeline and performance reports as needed. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow up on outstanding proposals and coordinate renewals or upgrades.
Track inventory levels聽to ensure product availability and anticipate restocking needs.
Place orders聽with vendors and suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor and track shipments聽to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
聽 Client & Vendor Coordination 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with vendors for pricing, product availability, and deal registrations. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support communication between the sales team, service delivery, procurement, and clients to ensure smooth order processing and implementation. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help schedule discovery calls, demos, and other client-facing meetings as needed. 聽 Qualifications: 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales administration鈥攑referably in an IT, MSP, or technology services environment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with quoting tools (e.g., ConnectWise Sell/Quosal, QuoteWerks) and CRM systems. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word). 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
