Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and perform start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and problems using hand tools, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting, servicing & fixing VAV, VRF, RTU's low voltage controls, and some chillers (chiller preferred not required)
- Conduct preventative maintenance, system replacements, and necessary modifications.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
- Maintain company vehicle and tools, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer standards for installation, operation, and repairs.
- Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
- Work overtime or weekends as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification required.
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
