Pay: $17.00/hour, paid weekly, plus a weekly attendance bonus

Your Role: Line Lead 1
The Production Line Lead 1 is responsible for leading the end-to-end production process for our fresh cut greens and other products alike. This role plays a critical part in guiding and supporting team members, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the production line team to meet daily targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and company policies (note: no disciplinary action enforcement).
  • Maintain and improve quality/productivity through hands-on leadership and continuous improvement practices.
  • Monitor inventory, storage cooler, and box room.
  • Execute all administrative tasks related to production orders, labeling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate materials and supplies to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
  • Coach, train, develop team members to enhance performance and capability
  • Lead and facilitate pre-shift meetings in the absence of the supervisor to align the team on production goals and expectations.
  • Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to proper personnel.

What You Need to Succeed:
βœ” Diploma is required, associate's degree preferred
βœ” 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles
βœ” Proven experience as a team/line leader
βœ” Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team.
βœ” Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
βœ” Strong organizational, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
βœ” Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
βœ” Able to learn and perform basic computer clerk duties.
βœ” Stand-up forklift experience preferred, but not required
βœ” Ability to learn how to operate machines and perform minor repairs

Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in a refrigerated warehouse (average temperature: 36-38Β°F).
  • Frequent exposure to loud noise and heavy forklift traffic.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods on concrete floors.
