Maintenance Manager β Industrial Automation (PLC/HMI) Responsibilities
β’ Β Β Apply preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies effectively
β’ Β Β Improve equipment reliability to maximize uptime and reduce costs
β’ Β Β Lead maintenance activities, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
β’ Β Β Work with engineers, maintenance, and operators to improve processes
β’ Β Β Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and performance issues as needed
β’ Β Β Maintain accurate documentation
β’ Β Β Ensure adherence to ISO system requirements
β’ Β Β Develop and implement reliability programs to support business goals
β’ Β Β Drive plant capacity improvements
β’ Β Β Lead and support the maintenance and electrical teams to ensure strong safety performance
Maintenance Manager β Industrial Automation (PLC/HMI) Qualifications
β’ Β Β Associates or Bachelorβs Degree required
β’ Β Β 5+ years of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI experience required
β’ Β Β 5+ years of training, mentoring, and/or supervisory experience requiredΒ
β’ Β Β Mechanical maintenance (i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature, pressure, controls, troubleshooting, etc.) experience requiredΒ
