Salary: Up to $130,000 DOE + Bonus Potential + Relocation assistance

Maintenance Manager – Industrial Automation (PLC/HMI) Responsibilities

β€’ Β  Β Apply preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies effectively
β€’ Β  Β Improve equipment reliability to maximize uptime and reduce costs
β€’ Β  Β Lead maintenance activities, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
β€’ Β  Β Work with engineers, maintenance, and operators to improve processes
β€’ Β  Β Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and performance issues as needed
β€’ Β  Β Maintain accurate documentation
β€’ Β  Β Ensure adherence to ISO system requirements
β€’ Β  Β Develop and implement reliability programs to support business goals
β€’ Β  Β Drive plant capacity improvements
β€’ Β  Β Lead and support the maintenance and electrical teams to ensure strong safety performance

Maintenance Manager – Industrial Automation (PLC/HMI) Qualifications

β€’ Β  Β Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required
β€’ Β  Β 5+ years of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI experience required
β€’ Β  Β 5+ years of training, mentoring, and/or supervisory experience requiredΒ 
β€’ Β  Β Mechanical maintenance (i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature, pressure, controls, troubleshooting, etc.) experience requiredΒ
