Responsibilities

Position Summary:Β 

As aΒ Β Business Resort Operations Manager Β - Resort Operations Β you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • To ensure financial data is accurately reported to the Resort Management, Area Managing Directors, Senior Manager of Business Operations Β and corporate offices for financial statement purposes. Β 
  • Oversee all financial and cash handling procedures across properties and ensure that they are all in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Β 
  • Perform and Supervises accounting activities, month end processes, and payroll while providing financial analysis of all aspects of the resorts, homeowners associations, rentals and retail for varies South Carolina ( Hilton Head, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach)
  • Provides recommendations to upper management for reducing of expenses and maximizing revenue.
  • Drive all financial support for budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis.Β 
  • Uphold our fiduciary duty to our owners by working closely with each General Manager and their respective HOA team and support board of directors meetings
  • Prepare and draft operating budgets for all areas in support, track all monthly expenditures and monitor all financial aspects of the HOA as wells as Rental and Retail.
  • Manage existing purchase contracts and orders to ensure completeness and accuracy, reflecting the latest requirements, terms and conditions and in compliance with company-supplier agreements, and with all governing regulations.Β 
  • Assist with the reserve project tracking and forecastingΒ 
  • Tracks contract renewal dates and reports information to GM and appropriate manager.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Β 

  • Associate's Degree/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of related experience in Hotel or timeshare Finance Operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial or experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 5 years of related experience
  • 4+ years of managerial or experience
  • Previous Resort finance Operations experienceΒ 
  • Proficiency with Accounting software (Oracle)
  • Multi property experienceΒ
