Job Overview & Work Site

This role is responsible for outbound prospecting support, paid advertising coordination, social media and content execution, and event logistics. The position is structured and systems-driven, ideal for an early to mid-career professional looking to gain exposure to healthcare marketing and revenue operations

  • 40% Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management

Core Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management (40%)

  • Research and build prospect lists of outpatient physical therapy clinics using AI software and online databases
    β€’ Source and verify accurate contact information through website and online research
    β€’ Maintain organized and updated lead databases within CRM systems
    β€’ Support outbound campaign preparation, segmentation, and targeting
    β€’ Track list performance and ensure clean data entry
    β€’ Assist in reporting outbound activity metrics

Paid Advertising Support (20%)

  • Assist in ad campaign setup across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
    β€’ Upload creative assets and input targeting parameters
    β€’ Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reporting summaries
    β€’ Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
    β€’ Maintain campaign documentation and performance benchmarks

Social Media & Content Execution (30%)

  • Schedule social media posts on a weekly content calendar
    β€’ Create video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines
    β€’ Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
    β€’ Upload and publish content across platforms
    β€’ Assist with formatting and distributing monthly newsletters
    β€’ Coordinate basic graphic design needs in Canva
    β€’ Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Event & Vendor Coordination (10%)

  • Organize conference materials and manage shipping logistics
    β€’ Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional assets, and swag
    β€’ Coordinate with vendors for printing, shipping, and event needs
    β€’ Support internal tracking of event timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
