- Research and build prospect lists of outpatient physical therapy clinics using AI software and online databases
β’ Source and verify accurate contact information through website and online research
β’ Maintain organized and updated lead databases within CRM systems
β’ Support outbound campaign preparation, segmentation, and targeting
β’ Track list performance and ensure clean data entry
β’ Assist in reporting outbound activity metrics
Paid Advertising Support (20%)
- Assist in ad campaign setup across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
β’ Upload creative assets and input targeting parameters
β’ Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reporting summaries
β’ Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
β’ Maintain campaign documentation and performance benchmarks
Social Media & Content Execution (30%)
- Schedule social media posts on a weekly content calendar
β’ Create video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines
β’ Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
β’ Upload and publish content across platforms
β’ Assist with formatting and distributing monthly newsletters

- Organize conference materials and manage shipping logistics
