Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Part-Time or Full-Time Medical Director for our behavioral health team in West Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director overseeing psychiatric clinical care and treatment quality 
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent patients 
• Perform daily inpatient psychiatric rounding 
• Attend treatment team twice weekly
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams 
• Supervise and support advanced practice providers as needed 
• Support program growth, clinical quality initiatives, and behavioral health operations 
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation 
• Promote patient-centered behavioral healthcare and continuity of care
