Practice Manager, Advanced Pulmonology Associates, Full Time

Job Description:
• Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinic(s).
• Responsible for oversight of: 7 or more providers or more than one clinic/department.
• Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics
• Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors.
• Performs to Self Standards
• Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members
• Works with other departments and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor of Science preferred.
Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership knowledge and skills.
