Prep and Dishwasher

The Most Fun Place to Work in Myrtle Beach is actively seeking team members to join our kitchen team. On the job training provided. Must be aged 18 or older.

Prep:

• Ensuring all necessary prep is completed in a timely manner and according to prep chart-following and completing daily prep sheet
• Keeping food as cold as possible at all times (below 40 degrees).

Dishwasher:

• Ensuring all dishes are washed in a timely manner.

ALL positions:

• Preventing food contamination by following proper sanitation procedures at all times.
• Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean at all times.
• Must get along well with fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
• Must work at a rapid pace.
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Continuous standing, frequent walking and occasional sitting.
• Occasional bending, stooping, twisting.
• Occasional reaching high and low levels.
• Continuous simple and firm grasping with both hands.
• Continuous hearing at conversational and high acuity levels.
• Continuous near vision, far vision, depth perception and color vision.
• Frequent working under deadlines.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 74 lbs.
• Frequent pushing/pulling up to 100+ lbs.
