Press Operator (2nd Shift) - Ridgeway

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift Press Operator for our Ridgeway, SC facility.   Schedule: 1:00 pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)   Compensation: $20.25 (*also includes a $1.25 shift differential)   The Role: This role is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-C" positions, primarily within the Press area. This includes, but is not limited to, the Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles.   Top Responsibilities Performing Skill Level A and C positions, primarily within the Press area.   Qualifications Prior machine operating experience- required Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems-preferred Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment- required Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.   What's In It For You? Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.   PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
