- Assess property damage and prepare accurate estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Xactimate).
- Work closely with insurance companies, policyholders, and our restoration team to ensure fair claim settlements.
- Conduct on-site inspections to document damages, determine scope of work, and estimate repair costs.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and provide necessary documentation to support claims.
- Assist in preparing and submitting supplements when additional work is required.
- Stay updated on industry standards, insurance policies, and claim-handling procedures.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the claims process and addressing their concerns.
- Experience as an insurance adjuster or working with insurance claims in the restoration or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Xactimate or similar estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, including water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation.
- Ability to interpret insurance policies and communicate effectively with adjusters and policyholders.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
