Description

We are hiring a Sales Enablement Team Lead to directly manage the SDR team and drive the execution of our sales development strategy. This role will serve as a critical extension of the Sales Enablement function, with full ownership of SDR performance, campaign execution, and reporting. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring SDRs operate within a structured process, delivering qualified opportunities to sales, and meeting activity and conversion goals. This individual will be held accountable for coaching SDRs, improving handoff quality, enforcing workflow standards, and providing leadership with visibility into performance through consistent reporting. The right candidate is process-oriented, confident in delivering feedback, comfortable managing outbound campaigns via ZoomInfo, Forecasa, and Salesforce, and capable of elevating team performance through hands-on training and enablement.


Responsibilities:

Team Management & Coaching

  • Directly manage all SDRs, serving as their day-to-day team lead and primary point of support.
  • Monitor and enforce daily SDR activity metrics, including calls, emails, and outreach cadences, ensuring each team member consistently meets or exceeds expectations.Β 
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and group coaching sessions focused on call performance, objection handling, and qualification techniques.
  • Review SDR calls regularly and provide actionable feedback using call intelligence tools.
  • Foster a high-energy, performance-driven culture by actively motivating the SDR team and maintaining strong morale, focus, and team momentum.Β 

Process & Sales Alignment

  • Oversee and improve the SDR-to-Loan Officer handoff process; ensure quality and consistency in the lead transition.
  • Own and refine SDR playbooks, workflows, and enablement content.
  • Respond to ad hoc training requests related to SDR processes and provide structured training as needed.
  • Educate the broader sales team on SDR workflows, expectations, and collaboration protocols.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver monthly performance reports that include:
  • Total SDR conversions (lead to opportunity)
  • Total "at bats" for sales (qualified handoffs)
  • Total deals submitted that originated from SDR leads
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales Enablement to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SDR operations, call coaching best practices, and handoff protocols.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sales technology (CRM, sales engagement platforms, call recording software like Gong or similar).
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and process-minded.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain a high-performance environment.
  • Highly analytical and improvement-focused, with a strong bias for action.
  • Direct and confident in delivering feedback and holding team members accountable.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and effective at educating others on process and expectations.
