Sales & Leasing Specialist

Description of the Role:

The Sales & Leasing Specialist at Lugoff Chevy Buick GMC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and utilizing their extensive product knowledge to assist customers in their car-buying and leasing decisions. This role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and leasing or purchasing vehicles based on their preferences, needs, and budget
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to customers
• Conduct vehicle test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential customers
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Negotiate pricing and payment options with customers to close sales deals
• Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing for customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest car models, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
• Stay informed about current promotions, incentives, and discounts to effectively promote sales
• Ability to work Monday-Saturday 12+ hours a day
• Ability to work all major holidays

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
