Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and document vehicle issues

Explain service options, including costs and timelines

Answer customer questions and address concerns

Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding their vehicle's status

Track maintenance or repair status, and fill out reports on labor and cost of all services

Must have at least 3 years dealership experience
