As the Service (Make Ready) Technician, you'll be our go-to superhero for making all vacant apartments ready for new residents! Your hands-on skills will help ensure that our apartment homes are up to company standards and ready for future move-inβs by performing basic repairs and maintenance to vacated units and ensuring the make-ready check-list has been followed and completed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidateβs relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
