What Youโll Do โ You will be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face, to understand their needs, and delivering custom lawn care solutions that builds trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect, educate, and earn their business.ย
Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibesย
Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards (or customers) are the sameย
Turn โjust lookingโ into โjust signedโ with a proven sales methodology and processesย
Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance, because numbers matter, and so does follow-throughย
Cross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawnsย

High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged)ย
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even furtherย
Valid driverโs license with a clean driving record, we like our reps reliable and road-readyย
Strong communication chops, whether itโs small talk or closing talk, you keep it smart and sincereย
Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset, youโre the kind who doesnโt want to be told โgoโย
Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (you wonโt need to code, just tap, swipe, and go)ย
Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoorsย
