Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivyaยฎ, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Proven for over 40 years in Denmark as a first-line therapy, Pivyaยฎ is now entering the U.S. marketโand weโre building a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals to support this high-profile launch.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you donโt need prior pharmaceutical sales experienceโweโre looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. Youโll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.
This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
โข Promote Pivyaยฎ to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
โข Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
โข Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
โข Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
โข Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
โข Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
โข Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What Weโre Looking For
โข Bachelorโs degree required
โข 1โ3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
โข A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
โข Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
โข Coachabilityโsomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
โข High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
โข Willingness to travel extensively within territory
โข Valid driverโs license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not requiredโdrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
